How was the lagoon constituted in ancient times? Can we assume an analogy between today's tide and that of yesteryear?
We will try to answer these and other questions through a cultural-historical immersion that will provide an understanding of how humans throughout history have related differently to water.
In this scenario, getting to know the place where the Sulle Acque exhibition is housed turns out to be crucial: the almost decaying beauty of the Church of the Penitents, hit hard by the 2019 storm surge, calls to mind the night of November 12.
Afterwards, in the company of cultural mediators from Ca' Foscari University, the tour will continue inside the exhibition in order to visit the digital works.
